   In the first movie, why did they leave out the railway works standing as sentinels at every mile post?

Also, the part about how the railroad engineers ALL requesting to be the driver for the first run on the Rearden tracks/bridge, after the union guy threatened Dagny that none of them would drive it because it wasn't "safe". Probably filming time constraints will be the answer this.| Permalink
