This Everitt character really needs a lesson in US history. Clearly the Bill of Rights has slipped his little progressive democratic grey matter.

Every elected official takes an oath to uphold our Constitution. If 10% of them would stand with their oath we would not be in the condition we are in. Hope this Sheriff continues to be elected.
