In order to maintain the façade of not issuing Executive Orders, O has signed Presidential Memoranda - which have all the same force as EO, but are called something else. More lies from the WH.

    Correct. They always want to look at the number and not the effects. One massive power grab is much worse than a hundred minimal orders that clarify policy.

    Not to defend the illegal acts of Republi-Cons, but the stacked bar graph does show that Democ-Rats more consistently grab power for the executive from the con-gress.
    Anyone ever see an analysis of the effects of these unconsitutional acts of executive defiance instead of just the numerical volume?
