I heard a report on this just the other day. I can't believe this is still going on. Sorry, I couldn't find a newer link... It is still tied up in the courts...     It sounds exactly like. So do many things originating out of DC. I'm sure Mouch is hiding behind the personage perceived in power.

    This has been dragging on for so long, that I'm convinced it is exactly the objective; bankrupt the growers, snatch up the farms at bargain basement prices and monopolize the market.
    What a gross display of bully tactics. What is going on is appalling at best.
