Once in a while, the editors pick a good title. This was one of those times... (huge grin)

This ran in today's Wyoming Tribune Eagle, and I'm sure all the state bureaucrats are gonna drop me off their Christmas card lists. Boo-Hoo, "Cry Me A River!" LOL

    I bet Wyoming News is getting more hits than usual. They should buy more articles like this.

    Imagine if there were some Amendment that said when you turn down those funds, residents get that amount in tax breaks. Then what you're saying would be common sense to everyone.
