What's with the Hillary bashing?

The left-wing columnist Andy Borowitz makes snide anti-Hillary remarks in the mostly left-wing New Yorker.

"officially embarked on a nineteen-month marathon of looking concerned"

"nodded her head at appropriate junctures, flawlessly reënacting a brief scene from her first campaign video."

Why? I thought that kind of writing was reserved for Republicans. Is Borowitz pushing for a Third Term, or does he have someone else in mind, or what?

    Sometimes even the New Yorker can't avoid the truth?

    No, there must be a hidden financial interest for the New Yorker, or a candidate that they want to annoint when they announce.

    If her career is any indication, having her as president for even one term would be the final straw which precipitates the downfall of that system. Most producers would immediately emigrate and watch the whole looting thing crumble from afar.

    I think it's important to keep in mind that most of them don't bash her for being too far left. They bash her for not being far enough.

    Snezzy-I think the obvious reason is she is beyond the pale. I think you will find the same will happen for Jeb Bush on the right. SNL literally eviserated her. She still has cards in her hand-but this is a behind the scenes war for the machine. BO wants to control the machine like the Clintons have for the last 15 years.
