Insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result. Obama appears to purport that a different result will be achieved thus through doing a different thing. Where's the logic?

    It doesn't show you'll get the result you'll want. I am generally biased against doing the same thing and biased for trying new approaches; move fast and break things.
