Brain Implants by Government Order

This sounds promising at first. I see so many opportunities for abuse by government. I reminds me of so many Scify stories. Would you support brain implants over the death penalty?

    NO! Nor do I support the death penalty imposed by government or anything composed by and of humans. Humans make mistakes. That's reality and Objective fact.

    Death in self defense is the only penalty I support.
