For me the Gulch has been a wonderful stimulator. My judgment post provided several dozens of posts, some of them mind boggling. My only complaint is that I am constantly reminded of all the places I never got to see in person, and never will now that travelling is such a pain in the everything for me. However, hi def on a big screen compensates in a certain sense but it doesn't give you the other senses which make the experience complete.

10 years ago, I'd be there tomorrow. Instead I must do with knowing you from afar, and happy am I for that.

Hello K and D, I hope you had a Merry Christmas and wish you guys a Happy New Year. If I knew where, I would visit. As for me I am leaving this next year, I have 3 acres of fruit trees in Belize I will be taking care of. Not sure yet what I have but will there the end of January and should have the title, so I can cut the weeds and see the trees. Belize is not perfect but it is not here and dealing with the losses of liberty that are going to happen. My only regret is my pension is military, so I cannot repatriate or I lose it, have to keep paying good ol' uncle Sam.
