This is just plain scary, and so full of unconstitutional search and seizure issues it rattles...

Indeed, I am trying to figure it out, but they keep coming up with more ways to screw things up...

Indeed, has everybody scared pantless. The fact our little org handles 60% of the product and has cut itself every year for the last 3 years to stay ahead of it, means we will not see much, if any. The plan to offer "enhanced retirement" which I am eligible for, just need to see what is "enhanced".

Oh, I won't, it will take a huge disaster, for them to realize they cannot continue to get their drugs from the Man. Just like any addicts...

Nickursis I can't hardly wait for the piper to stumble and a paradigm shift to individualism occurs. Please don't hold your breath.

This is what all those who would give a "free college education" have endorsed, and practice. They are, and have, made college a useless social education camp, reason we are so far behind in math and tech now. My company is infected with it and is laying off 12 K to help continue it. It will not be the idiots they lay off, but the few left who actually make things.

Then you need to find politicians that will not do this crap, look at your local laws and politicians first, this illegal practice is in a lot of communities and they do not advertise it, you need to go digging and ask.

I don't see it as voting directly for this constitutional looting. I see it as voting for the a-holes like the Obamanation and all the little nazis voting for the Beast as the endorsers. Until it happens to them, then they squeal. This will continue until the herd changes direction and refuses to be led by a Pied Piper.

anything that was not used in the commission of a crime or a result of comission of a crime or not the property of the crimnal being charged including the motel that had a room rented in which a crime was committed.

It's what you get for living in a fascist police state and voting for the lesser of evils ... enabling same means you have no room to complain.....you got what you asked for.

now go out and vote for it again.

do you understand why I pity people? You votre for it don't complain not one time you didn't vote for then you can complain. I have difficult in reading one thing thine then hearing whining about the result.

All asset forfeiture should be ended immediately. Property can only be seized after a conviction in a court of law and even then only for purposes of restitution or seizing of directly criminal gains. Anything more than that is profoundly anti-American.

It's even worse than that. College students couldn't identify a picture of Washington. Another though Kennedy freed the slaves. These are native born Americans. Most legal immigrants knew this stuff and could probably tell you what a republic was. I remember my Grandma studying for her citizenship. She asked me to help her, and I had to bone up on my American history and constitution when I was a teen in order to do so.

Without any such training in logic and understanding the impact of choices, you see what we get: hot button politics where a 30 second soundbite is all it takes to sway a crowd. So, it seems our politics are just mob rule with symbols. And a big reason is the lack of thinking and critical analysis skills. Even the candidates reflect that, or Bernie would not offer all the goodies he can never pay for. And HillaryBeast 1 ups him every time with more goodies.

Neo-feudalism and a neo-aristocracy. No big question who are the establishment. Much the same with a few new billionaires thrown in as ever was.

In the 60's Juniors took American History for the full year and Seniors a civics class called American Problems. featuring one on one debates and you never drew the side you favored. One of the problems was US relationship with the world current and past.

The advantage today is access to information allows much better conclusions such as the love affair with the pro slavery anti civil rights movement of the left and the left's eventual inclusion in it's ranks of the their version of the right - Republicans (Rinos and Neo-Cons)

We are more prepared now however having had the benefit of a solid grounding in the basics.

Probably due to the civics class deletion in the late 60's to be replaced with suitable topics like "World religious study" or "Modern economic oppression" so as to program the kiddies better. In the early 70's we had a 1 semester American History class, which dwelt mainly on the evil white man and all his doings, with the odd mention of white aristocrats like Washington and Lincoln.

One of the problems, as I see it, is that many persons do not know the difference between a democracy and a republic.

Intensely aggravating, the Constitution is dead, along with freedom. reminds me of the scene from Star Wars 2 when the princess says this is the way democracy dies or some such.

Pretty much the deal. Trump just has tapped into the disgust, and he is not diplomatic about it at all. However, better a boisterous idiot who has a hard time keeping a secret and a sneak like the Beast or Cruz.

I'm not the only one not surprised by this...right? And, don't kid yourself. A new President isn't going to fix this.

Congress does allow it legislates. Takes a Presidential signature and a Supreme Court that concurs AND and electorate that wants exactly what they asked for. Right now the big question which of the minions gets the next millions.

I have no regard for Obama or any of his minions but lets face the facts on this, Congress allows it. It is not just this administration or the democrats but the entire lot of them who we elect to represent us but they forgot that part. You can blame Hillary and Bernie and add with them Cruz and Kasich but that leaves only one whom we can't blame YET, Trump!
I can't concern myself with those here who hate Trump for what ever their lame reasons might be. What I can say is the more who come out in absolute defiance of him the more I am liking the idea of him becoming our next President. The vast majority of those who hate him I have little use for anyway because they are the ones allowing this garbage to fly. Hillary & WIlly deserve public housing in the aptly named Clinton Correctional Facility and Trump is just the guy to make it happen.
