Are you seeking $9k of funding by giving away equity? Could you just scrape the cash together and keep your equity?

  Timing is critical. Or should I say speed to market. But I'm considering your comment. I think I will pull back and start with the one mower and me and keep the equity to your point. That will adjust my capital needs to $3500 based on negotiation last night with the guy selling the 2010 mower.
