This is a good bit of prrof that the political system is completeyly dysfunctional just as Ayn Rand stated and predicted. It is insane connections and disconnections to reality , associated with an arrogant assumption of divine authority to rule over us, that we must find ways to stop or avoid, lest we lose what little freedom we have.
