FDA claims Frosted Flakes are healthier than avocados

There may be someone with a serious health condition that could make this true, but it is typically horrid FDA health advice for everyone else.

    Avocados along with bananas, coconuts, olives, and breadfruit have the most fats of any edible plants in nature. Next is animal fats and dairy products and eggs.. Sugar is instant energy but if not needed is stored like carobhydrates (starch) as fat. Sugar causes hyper activity in children which brings us to Saturday Mornings favorite baby sitters. Cartoons featuring violence is OK messages and Sugar drenched and Laden carbohydrates principally corn starch.

    Personally That is one outfit in government that along with the Department of Education and NEA should skip 30% cuts and go straight to zero employees and budget.

    Whoever wrote that was taking a handout Kellogs.

    Those aren't real vitamins from real food in those flakes...nevermind the modern day Wheat (and have I mentioned the process corn sugar?)...which is a crop we could do without, Spelt wheat is a much better alternative.
