This is just the newest example of the insanity that's coming from the federal courts in western states. And I thought my home town (Chicago) was ridiculous...

    No, federal judges must be impeached, they aren't voted for by the public so they can't be recalled. Wish they could, though!

    This judge needs to be removed from the bench! The first amendment is designed to protect the most offensive speech, because non-offensive speech needs no such protection.
    Foreign laws should have no standing in American courts! Period!

    I wish more of the electorate understood that they elect the unelected with their vote.

    Does anyone know if an appointed judge can be recalled by the voters?
