There is no evidence that anyone ever died because they ate food treated with pesticides - only statistical projections that have never been confirmed with actual evidence.

On the other hand people die every year from e-coli and salmonella because of organic foods were either grown in manure or not rinsed with anti-bacterial chemicals. I am not suggesting there should be a law against organic food or raw milk, but the fear of pesticides and chemical fertilizers is not rational.
