Government shutdown (note only)

A gevernment that can not be shut down for a while is a government that is too damn big!

- 2Posted by mminnick 7 years, 3 months agoMost government shutdowns aren't. All essential services are maintained and operational. At most 15 to 20% of government are non functional (I mean shut down. Our Government is 80% non functional on the best of days.)| Permalink
