Ahh...we had discussed this a while back wwhen the CEO announced they were looking for a handout to protect them from their own bad actions...er..errors.. Well, now Kalifornia taxpayers can help add PG&E to the "too big to fail" list.. a list that should not exist.

Good point, government wants a monopoly on punishment too.

Mustn't let the market punish incompetence, (nor tell one demographic of the population that they are not as intelligent as another even when it's obvious.)
